POLISH TOURFILM ACADEMY STATUTE

1. EUROPE 2004 Foundation and Business Integration Group are the co-founders of the Polish Tourfilm Academy.
2. The scope of activities of the Polish Tourfilm Academy shall be in accordance with the statute of the EUROPE 2004 Foundation and under the authority of the Foundation.
3. The first president of the Academy shall be appointed by the Management of the Foundation for the term of four years. The subsequent presidents shall be elected by the members of the Academy.
4. The Director of the Academy responsible for its day-to-day operations shall always hold the position of president of the Foundation.
5. The President of the Honorary Committee shall be the Marshall of the Masovian Province due to the fact that both the Foundation and the Academy are headquartered in Masovia.
6. The Honorary Committee shall be comprised of the invited guests who have been awarded a Tourist statuette for lifetime achievement such as Krzysztof Zanussi, Andrzej Wajda.
7. The primary objectives of the Polish Tourfilm Academy are as follows:
- promotion of the most talented Polish film makers both at home and abroad,
- presentation of the most successful foreign film makers in Poland,
- professional consultation,
- sharing and exchanging experiences,
- participation in international festivals,
- board international cooperation
8. The membership of the Academy shall be comprised of makers, producers, photographers, and cameramen specializing in tourfilms.
9. The members of the Academy shall be obligated to participate in the International Tourfilm Festival in Płock as well as in the membership meetings on international cooperation.
10. The members of the Academy shall be obligated to purchase an annual membership package.
